@Grey Anon - The guy named (Mike) in the periscope, giving the info from an anon Gov source, is Mike Presnell of - Border Narcotics Intelligence = A civillian intel grp. According to his bio info from interview w/ JB Wells - Caravan to Midnight; he's a retired Border Narcotics Agent. I have no conclusive sauce for his legitimacy.
From previous interviews, Mike Presnell claims to still have "good" sources in Gov Intelligence & Law Enforcement. But I have no verification.
