@Salo Saloson Ya, that's what it was

2018-09-25 16:25:28 UTC

@TV She's based on a lot of the good areas, like LGBT, marriage, values, against mindless dating, clubs, etc. It's the race, culture, and future of America I'm having problems with still. Like pitbulls are dangerous because of bad owners, people are dumber because of their upbringing and blacks are jailed more because Whites and asians have all the money and Blacks don't, so they can't bribe themselves out of jail

2018-09-25 16:25:55 UTC

It doesn't matter if she says she agrees or not. She may never admit it, but the more red pills you drop over time, the more she'll come to see that you're right. One day, out of nowhere, she'll start talking like she's Jared Taylor and she'll think she came to those conclusions on her own

2018-09-25 16:26:40 UTC

@TV Oh I've been laying the groundwork for over a year, it's all coming down to this up-coming Paris vacation. fingers crossed!

Interestingly, the percentage enrolled in college increases if a group of people stays in college longer. So, someone who graduated in 1 year is "less educated" than someone who graduated in 6 years.

2018-09-25 16:29:20 UTC

Also you should sneak some podcasts and youtube videos in when she's around you. Sometimes hearing other people say the same things helps. Red Ice is good because there's other women on the show.

2018-09-25 16:30:12 UTC

@TV So I should probably have Lana playing while she's around yeah? Sounds good man

2018-09-25 16:31:17 UTC

@Virgil Agreed (facts supplement, or rather, justify and reinforce feelings).

2018-09-25 16:33:42 UTC

@Alex Kolchak - NY Very true. Ultimately, even if you are actively attempting to influence someone's views, you're ultimately only going to be successful if they at least *feel* that they've independently arrived at whichever conclusion they end up drawing.

2018-09-25 16:35:31 UTC

@TV @Bjorn - MD @Alex Kolchak - NY Thank you for all your advice, by the way

2018-09-25 16:36:02 UTC

@The Eternal Anglo No schweat, brudda!

2018-09-25 16:36:12 UTC

no problem, glad to help. Maybe we could have a “rhetorical tactics” guide?

2018-09-25 16:36:43 UTC

Glad to help.

2018-09-25 16:37:24 UTC

I think Frog Juice on Twitter has some good threads about how to explain this stuff to people

2018-09-25 16:38:52 UTC

*had. he got purged, not sure if he’s back

2018-09-25 16:40:36 UTC

I had a couple of friends who worked for various progressive orgs. Those groups have their sales pitch and talking points basically worked out into a science

2018-09-25 16:45:25 UTC

we need to be twice as sharp as them

2018-09-25 16:53:05 UTC

you can always refer back to Jared Taylor videos

2018-09-25 16:53:31 UTC

He always has sane, simple, and agreeable explanations

2018-09-25 16:54:29 UTC

And his appearance is also something to note, he's viewed as a harmless nice old man, which is hard to demonize or not to like.

2018-09-25 16:54:41 UTC

Appearance is important

2018-09-25 16:56:06 UTC

I don’t know if it’s really possible to straight up rhetorical convince someone in an argument. No one likes to be told their world view is wrong, it’s better to do it in a questioning way. Like, “How come Sarah Jeong can say these things about white people but Candace Owens got banned for saying the same thing about x people?”

2018-09-25 16:56:28 UTC

(I forget who she replaced the people with but you get the idea. )

2018-09-25 16:57:15 UTC

@Deleted User Jared Taylor talks too much about race and IQ and race and crime to be palatable to a lot of people

2018-09-25 16:57:36 UTC

He's largely for people who are already on their way here

2018-09-25 16:57:42 UTC

And I think women usually conform to the world view of the most dominant male in their life IRC

2018-09-25 16:57:48 UTC

@Jacob I agree

2018-09-25 16:58:23 UTC

We need to have sources that talk about identity without bringing up stuff that makes specific races sound bad

2018-09-25 16:58:38 UTC

right

2018-09-25 16:58:45 UTC

I know that's not good intention, but that's what it will come off as

2018-09-25 16:59:39 UTC

Don't get me wrong, he is useful. I'm here largely because of Jared Taylor. The thing is, I was ready for it by the time I found AmRen.

2018-09-25 17:02:05 UTC

If you can’t start out w Jared Taylor, you can start out w Jordan Peterson, if you can’t start w him, you can use Ben Shapiro 😵

2018-09-25 17:03:00 UTC

@Trashboat i agree. Asking questions is a good way to help people arrive to these conclusions. Engaging in conversation instead of just stating facts.

2018-09-25 17:03:10 UTC
2018-09-25 17:03:32 UTC

Haha ok maybe Sargon of Akon

2018-09-25 17:03:34 UTC

send them Red Ice or James Allsup or something

2018-09-25 17:04:14 UTC

you mean you guys don't start people out with TGSNT?!

2018-09-25 17:04:42 UTC

It's not that you can't start out with explicit identitarians, it's just that IQ and crime are harder pills to swallow than "people are happier with similar people"

2018-09-25 17:05:11 UTC

I think it's better to watch / listen to those videos when your GF can hear instead of trying to get them to watch on their own.

2018-09-25 17:05:15 UTC

Also, IQ and crime are separate issues that don't really have anything to do with why diversity sucks
