Speaking of Columbus discovering America, not long ago, I heard a Judeo-Christian pastor or some televangelist say that it was divine intervention that Columbus found America, because also in 1492 Spain was preparing to expel the Jews. You see, America was meant to be another homeland for the Jewish people – a place for them to turn to, as they were being expelled from Spain and other European countries.

Like, why show it off? It kinda seems to me like if someone wore an "I don't steal" ring. If you're just doing what you see as a basic moral requirement, shouldn't it be no big deal?

but ive never met someone who actually wore one and made it clear that it was one

girls just wear all kinds of rings sometimes and it not obvious what/if they mean

I mean, I support the idea of no sex before marriage, but I don't feel like I'm doing anything worth bragging about by doing it. That's what I meant by no big deal.
