@bspon002 yea independent voters were turning toward Kavanaugh by Wednesday (though Rs were turning against him). I can only imagine what polling shows now. Rs had to play it nearly perfectly to come out on top yesterday and they pulled it off.

Trump has a rally tomorrow night I believe. He can use that opportunity to explain why he supports the FBI investigation to get ahead of the j-media demoralization effort. We had a big victory yesterday after a string of defeats.

@Jacob but yeah the absolute last minute possible for this is Saturday evening, assuming 24 senators decide to spend an hour each filibustering. So the FBI would need to respond by Saturday afternoon. I am kinda waiting to hear some sort of response from the FBI, since they've said in the past there is literally nothing more to investigate (since they already investigated Kavanaugh for previous things)
