I really dont think he cares. I think if anything he cares more about being pressured into it because hes weak and understands that he'll be the odd man out if hes the only one that doesnt vote yes.
remember: this is a guy whos so weak that he decided to step down without even facing re election because he sensed that the tide was changing. He knew that there was even the potential that he would have to do tough things in the neo republican party: that was enough for him to fold.

well the vote is planned for tomorrow, but the final vote isn't until Monday
