optics are important
that's why you torch the system
anti-optics people are cucks
optics are all Britain has left
not even
yup I hate how they messed up the the proportional representation debate
I'm not anti-optics
britain is a dying dog waiting to be put out of its misery
I'm just saying optics isn't the be all and end all
or at least the optics defined by the uk media
but that did take ca 25-30 years to build up the party from the single issue to what it is now
everyone except the optics lovers can see the writing on the wall
optics have been replaced by virtue-signalling, which is abominable
I just feel it was a mistake for ukip to focus so much on the eu elections
they should of prioritised the locals
eu presence is a bigger platform than locals
atm EU is a huge issues with the brexit betrayals of may
They want to send a message both the EU and Britain with limited resources - couldn't achieve that with local elections
you're forgetting the brexit party
which will split the vote
if nigel wasn't so fucking spineless
yup Nigel Farage is a damn idiot
a powerhungry idiot at that
he is a diva that hates that other people then him gets the attention
i wouldn't get too worried about that as long as euroskeptics are in the EU thats good enough, its not like MEP's can really do much anyway
Farage can pull in the normies, which is still best chance for Brexit to happen
that's why I say locals would of been better
for ukip
because that would make them the only non-establishment leave supporting party
I will still vote UKIP however because i like the new direction
in terms of representation and optics if you want to look at it that wway too
Once Brexit confirmed as betrayed, next move is to destroy EU from within
saying ukip should step aside because farage wants his eu salary is pretty silly
I mean I know it's an improvement but contesting only 16% of council seats just isn''t enough
it shouldn't step aside, i would prefer the vote wasn't split too, but i'm saying it could be worse
I'm saying the locals is a long term strategy for party growth
the eu elections just aren't
they're short term and narrow minded politically
They didn't even need to step aside just put less money towards the eu elections and focus the financial support on the locals
that would of been the way forward for ukip to get their foot further into the door of UK politics
