also, I don't think kids under 15 should be allowed on YouTube. Even the "kid's" content is awfully explicit and often leads to other more explicitly mature content.
My 5 year old sister was looking at stupid "Charlie Charlie" videos and somehow ended up on a video with a bunch of black kids playing the game and shouting "nigga" and all sorts of shot a 5 year old doesn't need to be hearing.
