Calling you slurs in an effort to damage your personal and professional reputation is harassment of a kind.
A good strategy would be to steer the definition of "racism" towards "racial hatred." We don't hate other races, so we're not racists.

Even the fact that you don’t want to date out of your race aside, anyone who’d pull something like that to guilt you into a relationship doesn’t sound like quality material anyway.

Just act really offended by his words. Act as though it goes without saying that what he said is offensive and racist. Act as though you totally expect everyone to agree with you and see his offensive ways.

@Jacob In Maryland, I literally went online, filled out some forms, and boom...business (sole proprietorship). Might be different per state.

Yeah pretty much.
Because with a sole proprietorship, you don't need an employer tax number (since it's just me), so a SSN is all they need and you already have that.
