I feel like GI is pretty severely limited by what they can get away with in Europe

2018-10-11 20:31:12 UTC

yeah

2018-10-11 20:31:24 UTC

1st amendment kinda a biggie

2018-10-11 20:31:30 UTC

So the stock market is doing something interesting

2018-10-11 20:31:40 UTC

It seems like they try to downplay the ethnic component of their identitarianism, which is one reason I like IE better

2018-10-11 20:31:55 UTC

@Procella Eques all this red is so boring trying to go long...

2018-10-11 20:31:55 UTC

Though I get that that might not be entirely their fault

2018-10-11 20:32:28 UTC

there needs to be a market correction for sure

2018-10-11 20:32:35 UTC

hmmm, on one side, I want the stock market to make Trump look good...

2018-10-11 20:32:58 UTC

but, on the other side, I want stocks to die and have everyone put money into crypto to push my investment up

2018-10-11 20:33:05 UTC

he shouldn't have been talking about the stock market numbers lol

2018-10-11 20:33:12 UTC

ya that was pretty stupid

2018-10-11 20:33:18 UTC

speculation not backed by production is nothing but speculation

2018-10-11 20:33:35 UTC

Trump is a lot more shortsighted than a lot of people here think

2018-10-11 20:33:47 UTC

it's like promoting the horse racing ranks or something

2018-10-11 20:34:53 UTC

Trump genuinely doesn't think things through

2018-10-11 20:35:02 UTC

Like that time he posted fake crime statistics

2018-10-11 20:35:03 UTC

I think Soros is doing this

2018-10-11 20:35:17 UTC

and the jewish billionaires

2018-10-11 20:35:26 UTC

He literally could have gotten real statistics that would have looked just as bad, but he makes an idiot out of himself instead

2018-10-11 20:35:29 UTC

so the midterm elections are affected

2018-10-11 20:35:59 UTC

it makes too much sense

2018-10-11 20:36:12 UTC

I had a former IE member try to tell me that Trump was just doing 4D chess and by posting the fake ones, he's making people look up the real ones. *Why not just post the real ones in the first place?*

2018-10-11 20:36:37 UTC

But to get back to your point, ya, him bragging about the stock market was dumb

2018-10-11 20:37:18 UTC

Also, the liberals who point out that Trump inherited a good economy and using that as a justification for why he doesn't deserve credit are also dumb

2018-10-11 20:37:49 UTC

Inheriting a good economy is far worse than inheriting a bad one, because good economies eventually crash and you get blamed, while bad economies eventually recover and you can take credit

2018-10-11 20:37:54 UTC

Seriously its probably all the jews in the tech industry, soros and globohomo faggots in europe trying to crash the market before midterms

@Procella Eques the Fed rose interest rates

2018-10-11 20:39:35 UTC

@Procella Eques idk if it’s specific to the midterms, but I see it as somewhat similar to 08 housing. Speculation drove it higher than production could back it, the bankers got the everyday man’s money invested, took the money, then took the houses and property too. Basically an additional consolidation of wealth into their hands

2018-10-11 20:40:24 UTC

Well I know the fed rose interest rates

2018-10-11 20:40:48 UTC

Once the Fed raises rates, due to the Fisher effect all other rates will gradually increase. Meaning that the massive loans that everybody from governments to corporations to individuals with credit cards will have diminished operations due to debt.

2018-10-11 20:41:25 UTC

Greater proportions of a company’s resources will be channeled to paying interest.

2018-10-11 20:41:27 UTC

terrible timing

2018-10-11 20:41:33 UTC

If they survive at all.

2018-10-11 20:42:24 UTC

it has some serious political consequences for doing something like that

2018-10-11 20:42:42 UTC

It needs to be done tho. Raising rates to normal levels after this overabundance of capital.

2018-10-11 20:43:00 UTC

you're right but a month before elections

2018-10-11 20:43:20 UTC

they've been raising them very frequently

2018-10-11 20:43:29 UTC

it's too much of a risk

2018-10-11 20:43:30 UTC

I doubt anyone is laboring under the illusion that the Fed would act in ways beneficial to electing R's
