I feel that this is a necessary action going into talks with NK. Now trump needs to de escalate the situation and keep it from billing over into open conflict. If he cools things down then he will be able to have demonstrated how far he is willing to go to get a good deal. The risk is if this situation becomes a major diplomatic conflict that undermines his credibility going into talks with NK/ forces him to delay negotiations
