Humans are made to be omnivores, we weren't even designed to consume grain and yet it is something vegans push for.
Because he thinks he has the moral high ground because he is so virtous since he has the privelege to actually be able to go on vegan diet with fewer health risks than most people

Grains are alright, I enjoy multigrain bread and things like this but our bodies weren't made to consume these things our teeth are designed for meat and leafy greens

I was about to ask if its morally wrong to not milk a cow, because cows produce more milk than the calf can drink so they will be in pain when its not drained. And if its already drained is it wrong to drink it?

You're right. Cows udders can become terribly infected if not milked. And they naturally produce a fuckton of milk - more than their calfs would ever need. Moreso the genetically bred/engineered ones.
The milk builds up in their udders and can become a whey paste. It's just not pretty.
At least I'm pretty sure that's how it goes.
