I've seen so many episodes of Dino Trux, it's not even funny.

2018-03-28 05:20:44 UTC

people don't parent anymore, that is the really sad thing

2018-03-28 05:20:44 UTC

smh

2018-03-28 05:21:09 UTC

The thing is, don't let your kids watch stuff blindly.

2018-03-28 05:21:17 UTC

real talk

2018-03-28 05:21:25 UTC

Know what they're into and what they're watching, but you don't have to watch the same movie with them dozens of times.

2018-03-28 05:21:42 UTC

They can watch a movie on their own while you're doing something else that needs done.

2018-03-28 05:22:03 UTC

just for some historical knowledge, this isn't the first time a Canadian professor has been widely popular with the hip youth and their new media

2018-03-28 05:22:10 UTC

they shouldn't even watch the same movie dozens of times. that just sounds nuts to me

2018-03-28 05:22:18 UTC

In a world of phones, you could even be in the same room with headphones on your phone watching something for adults like Star Trek or a documentary

2018-03-28 05:22:18 UTC

That's kids man

2018-03-28 05:22:24 UTC

they like repetition

2018-03-28 05:22:26 UTC

thats parents

2018-03-28 05:22:27 UTC

That is a thing kids do a lot.

2018-03-28 05:22:48 UTC

My nephew went through a Jurassic Park phase where he watched it multiple times a day all day.

2018-03-28 05:22:56 UTC

omg, that is me

2018-03-28 05:23:09 UTC

Listen, I like Jurassic Park a lot.

2018-03-28 05:23:10 UTC

yeah i know they do that, i just dont think it is good

2018-03-28 05:23:19 UTC

I saw it once as a kid at the movies and it was badass.

2018-03-28 05:23:23 UTC

apparently it is

2018-03-28 05:23:25 UTC

We sat right up front in a packed theater

2018-03-28 05:23:28 UTC

ONE TIME.

2018-03-28 05:23:50 UTC

I saw it again on USA or something ten years ago, I thought still held up pretty good.

2018-03-28 05:24:06 UTC

And then my nephew burned the movie out on Netflix.

2018-03-28 05:24:26 UTC

At some point, Netflix took it down, so he was forced to move on to something new.

2018-03-28 05:24:54 UTC

He's a big He-Man fan now, but Jurassic Park still holds a special place for him.

2018-03-28 05:25:49 UTC

When I was his age, I found out about three for a dollar movie rentals on monday. I was all about the universal horror VHS releases, monstervision played a lot of black and white stuff at that time as well.

2018-03-28 05:26:09 UTC

my nephew was the same with Jurassic park, but i think he watched cars at least a thousand times in a year

2018-03-28 05:26:12 UTC

I was also a big fan of Arnold movies where he kills Predators or is an angry robot killing people.

2018-03-28 05:26:24 UTC

This was me at age four, I realized exactly what I was into.

2018-03-28 05:26:28 UTC

We need to round up the social scientists, who experimented with civilization as if it were a toy

2018-03-28 05:26:58 UTC

and do what with them?

2018-03-28 05:27:12 UTC

🚁

2018-03-28 05:27:18 UTC

^

2018-03-28 05:27:18 UTC

As a thirty year old, I'm still into the same stuff, but at a different level. I'm not going to watch wolf man five times a day everyday, but around halloween, I feel like a good afternoon would be watching frankensteins and wolf man movies.

2018-03-28 05:27:19 UTC

classic

2018-03-28 05:27:40 UTC

everything in moderation

2018-03-28 05:27:43 UTC

Exactly

2018-03-28 05:28:05 UTC

Same with three stooges, if I watch them too often, they'll lose their power.

2018-03-28 05:28:38 UTC

If I watch it too much, I'll learn the names of all the shorts and it just won't be the same. Same with the Looney toons
