@meratrix The fact the rich of those in their race are also committing more crime then whites who are in poverty shows it is a huge cultural problem among them, as well as possible genetic factors such as having higher testosterone on average (hence usually being more physically fit naturally) and on average lower intelligence (unless you think the bell curve is racisss)
