```The US is not the UK, and every police is shaped according to the violence levels of each society```
Would be let to stand
2018-05-07 19:40:27 UTC
As explanation of US police force use.
Yep
2018-05-07 19:41:36 UTC
@Fulcrum010 Seriously though, this is the paradigm through which 'good/bad policing' and 'gun violence' is usually viewed, for better or worse
2018-05-07 19:41:48 UTC
@Reaps
Which one exactly?
"UK v US"
2018-05-07 19:42:30 UTC
I don't like the whole "drunk" excuse because it reminds me of feminists trying to say "drunk people can't consent" as if no one is responsible for their own choices and actions.
2018-05-07 19:42:46 UTC
except when the drunk dude is groping a woman
2018-05-07 19:43:04 UTC
then the alcohol is just fueling his deepest darkest desirrrrrrrrrres
2018-05-07 19:43:22 UTC
Drunk as an excuse is fine as long as everyone agrees it cuts in ALL directions.
2018-05-07 19:43:46 UTC
Ooo, even better (and shorter)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5S7tFrQI2Bw
2018-05-07 19:44:03 UTC
Sober you should have been more responsible to prevent drunk you from making a mistake
2018-05-07 19:44:07 UTC
Nice
2018-05-07 19:44:17 UTC
That is stupid
2018-05-07 19:44:27 UTC
I wonder... could you sue yourself for neglect?
2018-05-07 19:44:39 UTC
I'm not responsible for someone elses decisions and no one else is responsible for mine when drunk
2018-05-07 19:44:46 UTC
No, you cant. My father's in insurance. People have tried...
2018-05-07 19:45:26 UTC
#insurancecompaniesoppressme
2018-05-07 19:46:09 UTC
@Reaps
I don't think it's fair to compare policies form different places tbh, each case is one case.
Plus, I'm not saying that US police should give up their guns or to stop shooting at people, my point is that sometimes they could find a better solution, and I gave this case as an example.
