Eh, I think they just know that trannies are guys and that they are now in "girls spaces". They care little for the science of it all, other than to point out they are men and feminists hate men.

tbh the over-100 IQ immigrants are also an issue (perhaps bigger even) for our labor market
they are an issue with the labor market, the low IQ are an issue with our wallet (gibs/healthcare/etc)

It’s a result of polarization. Democrats are pushing immigration to try and harm the republicans. Liberal NPCs are seeing immigration as humanitarian
