Consciousness is very mysterious
@Ald often reasoning is downstream from values. In explaining your worldview, what are the things you would say you value?
I think the amount of free will varies greatly from person to person, some have little to none while others have a lot. Too much free will might actually be confusing.
Hence existential angst felt by smart people
@Ald I’ve only used this a few times but my usual line is: “I believe all people have a right to exist and take pride in that existence. I am an identitarian because I wish to defend and promote the interests of European Americans— that is, the very people who founded this nation, and have them achieve full representation like everyone else.”
Blood, loyalty, strength @ThisIsChris
I guess I'll break the mold and say I don't buy free will existing in the first place
Yeah I agree
Why would our brains be the one exception to a mechanistic universe of cause and effect
On a secular worldview of course
On a spiritual level I see something like free will as possible
@Ald that's much easier to understand. For a normie I would use that as your base, and maybe just expand on what it is about those three things that you like about them.
even on a spiritual level I don't buy free will existing
Yeah I lean more toward fatalism
Sometimes I feel like time is moving backwards to a teleological end
Which we access through our conscious perspective that resides in our blood
Sam is a big fan
bruh what
Where are you reading all of this stuff from/
Nowhere I made it up
I've learned to take being called a pseud in stride, I go on esoteric tangents too much not to
anyway gn bros
In tiny brained news. The beer I brought back from the camping trip tastes like campfire and creek. And my boots stink.
what's a creek taste like?
watery?
Like FREEDOM AND PATRIOTISM
when you use democracy to end democracy
Good one meme Jesus
That "let me in I vote republican" one is hilarious.

Sometimes low tech is the best. Kerosene lanterns have been around since the 1850s and are still widely used by people who want light when the power goes out.
