@Selma Well, DC used to be overwhelmingly Black. That is always a place where crime is rampant. The homeless, in my experience, are pretty bad people. But like the Blacks, it's the only solution to dealing with life. It's just like with criminals. They know that crimes wrong, but they are PROUD of being criminals. @Selma Like an NPC then. I've known a LOT of these people because for 33 years I worked in the newspaper industry. Most of those people I worked with were mindless drones who spouted Leftist boilerplate as if they were in a Stepford Wives sort of mindset. The ALL felt guilty about being responsible, moral adults. They were all also former hippies. Back in the 60s and 70s I was what was referred to as a Long-Haired Redneck. Even then I was red-pilled, but I wasn't aware of it. I finally woke up to reality about 20 years ago.
