Had that happen to me a few years back. My wife revealed our power level to this group I had been cultivating a friendship with. Started debating about gay rights with the genderqueer boylady. That went south fast.

Which was double bad because In addition to being friends I needed their support with stuff. Which is a big dumb drama story.
