Melatonin is what I use now. Before, I used benadryl- which is a big no no to make into a habit

I got to the point where I could take 4 benadryl and have it affect me so little I'd forget I took it

Benadryl is awful. In my experience, it makes me so dizzy that I fall asleep, then I wake up and can't feel emotions for 12 more hours.

I took a lot of NyQuil when I was sick and it made me have a very realistic dream of rats eating me

You can literally go on a trip with about 8 Benadryl
