I'm from the Sacramento area. A break of the Oroville dam would flood the Sacramento Downtown area, the capital of the state. California is desperate, but I don't think it is that desperate. The scramble to fix the spill way was an example of the effort to save downtown. California is done for if that dam goes.
@Casey please present info to back up your meme on Pr Trump waiving debt to the big banks. I get that memes only present bullet points, but they also need to be factually correct. Please clarify with facts on what the waivers mean... fine waivers?... term waivers?... certain types of business restriction waivers... are the waivers temporary or permanent? When did the waivers first start -with B Obama or Pr Trump?
