well

2018-11-12 00:50:04 UTC

that did make sense though

2018-11-12 00:51:25 UTC

"which clinton investigation" exactly <:coolpepe:366743374105018368>

2018-11-12 00:52:31 UTC

Do these big leaks actually have impacts on elections?

2018-11-12 00:52:53 UTC

I feel like most people vote for whoever supports policies they like

2018-11-12 00:53:41 UTC

I mean I'll be honest, if some sketchy stuff came out on Trump, I'd still vote for him

2018-11-12 00:54:12 UTC

@Jacob Well Hillary's emails made a splash in Catholic communities because it turns out the Demo party had two groups designed to overthrow the church or something.

2018-11-12 00:54:22 UTC

And Catholics are swing voters in swing states

2018-11-12 00:54:31 UTC

Heard a hot take about Hillary from Devin Stack, she’ll never be prosecuted, because all these elites envy that level of power and just being completely above the law. If they persecute it then they can’t get away with it

2018-11-12 00:54:59 UTC

"Pro-life democrats" are basically all white Catholics in the rust belt.

2018-11-12 00:55:06 UTC

oh lol my mom had a phase where she pretended to be all religious suddenly and she still voted for Hillary

2018-11-12 00:55:51 UTC

despite the fact that she's Catholic and Hillary's anti Catholic stuff came out around then

2018-11-12 00:56:17 UTC

but again, I don't think my mom is genuinely that religious

2018-11-12 00:58:19 UTC

@Jacob depends on the media she reads probably. It's only a fraction of Catholics (probably about 10-30%) that keep on top of the Catholic news media. Most people who heard of it probably heard it either through Catholic news media or through conservative news sources.

2018-11-12 00:58:51 UTC

I think I told her about it

2018-11-12 00:59:47 UTC

but, as for the media she consumes, she just blasts NPR in the kitchen

2018-11-12 00:59:54 UTC

It was literally supposed to be a "Catholic Spring" in the image of "the Arab Spring"

2018-11-12 00:59:57 UTC

it was kind of annoying when I lived in the dining room

2018-11-12 01:00:32 UTC

I'd be sleeping in the other side of the kitchen counter and wake up to NPR just blasting

2018-11-12 01:01:00 UTC

@Jacob you were sleeping in the kitchen?

2018-11-12 01:01:27 UTC

no I was sleeping in the dining room, but the dining room was just on the other side of the kitchen counter

2018-11-12 01:01:36 UTC

@Gumbo - AZ post that in <#359019439116648458>

2018-11-12 01:02:01 UTC

@Jacob oh. You were sleeping in the dining room?

2018-11-12 01:02:40 UTC

ya lol

2018-11-12 01:03:12 UTC

@Gumbo - AZ it looks like that account was made specifically to tweet about us

2018-11-12 01:03:36 UTC

i can't @ThisIsChris

2018-11-12 01:04:07 UTC

@Gumbo - AZ oh yeah I see. It's OK I misunderstood the tweet, I guess this is the best place to put it. Sorry about that.

2018-11-12 01:07:46 UTC

Looks like a very white Christmas

2018-11-12 01:26:25 UTC

Is there a source for this that isn't the Daily Mail?

2018-11-12 01:26:36 UTC

My parents never sent me to daycare - THANK GOD.

2018-11-12 01:27:15 UTC

I hate how a lot of guys on our side just post stuff with actually fact checking it. Like, this is probably true and all, but I need an actual source.

2018-11-12 01:27:38 UTC

@Jacob Being There: Why Prioritizing Motherhood in the First Three Years Matters"

2018-11-12 01:27:43 UTC

It's from that book, which probably cites sources.

2018-11-12 01:27:49 UTC

Hmmm

2018-11-12 01:30:27 UTC

Greetings bridge card game enthusiasts.

2018-11-12 01:30:28 UTC

@Nemets I agree on the populist measures insofar as infrastructure. I doubt Trump would sign anything that strips ICE of funding

2018-11-12 01:30:54 UTC

@Jacob agreed
