Pork chicken eggs for keto to keep costs down

2018-11-12 22:48:17 UTC

All I know is we ate lots and lots and lots of peanut butter in war zones...since it was an easy and simple source of protein where we couldn't get it otherwise

2018-11-12 22:48:35 UTC

Watch out, though, as chickens have a bit too much omega 6 to eat nonstop if you aren't eating fish.

2018-11-12 22:48:36 UTC

@Jacob I bring luggage bags to the supermarket yes

2018-11-12 22:48:42 UTC

@tsea Dude that was the best thing about getting off keto. That I can get a massive bag of rice and it lasts forever. I actually just got off keto like two weeks ago and I'm still surviving off the same grocery trip.

2018-11-12 22:48:43 UTC

the kind with wheels

2018-11-12 22:48:52 UTC

wait do you actually?

2018-11-12 22:48:58 UTC

@Jacob yes

2018-11-12 22:49:04 UTC

pics or it didn't happen

2018-11-12 22:49:15 UTC

@Wood-Ape - OK/MN hemp is better than flaxseed and flax has more estrogen compounds than soy

2018-11-12 22:49:16 UTC

like...every MRE had a packet of peanut butter in it, and we always had jars of peanut butter around for free

2018-11-12 22:49:24 UTC

Peanut butter is good for survival but it has a lot of estrogen in it.

2018-11-12 22:49:35 UTC

@Jacob never thought to take pics, was just bringing groceries home in the only logical way

2018-11-12 22:49:41 UTC

Mre peanut butter on Mre bread

2018-11-12 22:49:44 UTC

@Selma wait, shit, PB has estrogen?!

2018-11-12 22:49:45 UTC

meal of kings

2018-11-12 22:49:48 UTC

FFFFF

2018-11-12 22:49:49 UTC

Yes it sure does.

2018-11-12 22:49:50 UTC

did people look at you weird? @ThisIsChris

2018-11-12 22:49:53 UTC

Why carry it by hand when you can carry more, more easily

2018-11-12 22:50:03 UTC

Jacob, the last thing you should care about is how people look at you. They don't care.

2018-11-12 22:50:09 UTC

@Jacob no but I've had a lot of people say it's a genius idea that they will try next time

2018-11-12 22:50:26 UTC

idk I'd be uncomfortable walking around in WinCo like I'm at the airport

2018-11-12 22:50:29 UTC

keto folks look into the Epic bars, for game meats as a snack.. not bad price online

2018-11-12 22:50:34 UTC

tbh I'd be weirded out by some dude wheeling suitcases down the aisle at the grocery store

2018-11-12 22:50:41 UTC

Steph is right. If they're willing to be around you or talk to you, they don't care how you look

2018-11-12 22:50:44 UTC

@Jacob I found some inexpensive raw-almond butter at Menards the other day

@Jacob Construct a packboard / cache hauler

2018-11-12 22:51:07 UTC

I usually just use a backpack

2018-11-12 22:51:11 UTC

good enough for a single person

2018-11-12 22:51:16 UTC

https://www.breitbart.com/ Breitbart is down.

2018-11-12 22:51:30 UTC

I've been surviving off the same backpack of food for like two weeks now

2018-11-12 22:51:42 UTC

@Selma Whoa, big drop off there between PB and eggs. I wonder what foods exist in that zone. Pinto beans too, huh

2018-11-12 22:52:01 UTC

@Jacob @Sam Southern - TN hey I mean you're welcome to carry by hand more weight in smaller containers that can break instead of more easily wheeling goods around in higher capacity more durable luggage if you want

2018-11-12 22:52:24 UTC

how long does rice take you guys to cook?

2018-11-12 22:52:27 UTC

@Nerv - VA Will the boomers awaken if the glow-in-the-darks and SoyTechnocrats shut down Breitbart? Or will Hannity lure them back into complacency

2018-11-12 22:52:37 UTC

Google is saying 15-20 minutes, which seems like a massive underestimate

2018-11-12 22:53:21 UTC

@Wood-Ape - OK/MN ya that's what I'm saying, too. That list isn't very eye-opening...as there's a massive drop off from 1-2, 2-3, 3-4, 4-5. What foods exist in there? Not to mention the 10000% difference between soy and PB.

2018-11-12 22:53:37 UTC

Clearly it's not a "top 10 list". It's just a list of examples.

2018-11-12 22:53:46 UTC

@Jacob In a pot or rice cooker?
