I take celery and dip it straight into the peanut butter jar, look down, and I just ate 1/4th of the jar in one sitting

2018-11-12 22:43:52 UTC

also, the potassium in PB is really good for your kidneys

2018-11-12 22:43:56 UTC

The sugar in PB is not good though. Especially if in keto

2018-11-12 22:44:23 UTC

also the fancy peanut butter that doesn't have sugar is expensive

2018-11-12 22:44:27 UTC

PB with flax seed is pretty good

2018-11-12 22:44:34 UTC

Helps you get some extra fiber

2018-11-12 22:44:38 UTC

@Jacoband gross

2018-11-12 22:44:45 UTC

FLAX, NOOO

2018-11-12 22:44:50 UTC

Almond butter is great. But expensive.

2018-11-12 22:44:51 UTC

There's phyto estrogens there

2018-11-12 22:44:55 UTC

In Flax

2018-11-12 22:44:56 UTC

Nah man crunch natural PB is great

2018-11-12 22:45:03 UTC

@Wood-Ape - OK/MN provide proofs

2018-11-12 22:45:08 UTC

I can barely eat pb

2018-11-12 22:45:14 UTC

I hate the consistency

2018-11-12 22:45:15 UTC

Eh, I'm not a food snob so I don't get grossed out by cheap stuff. @Josh M. -OH

2018-11-12 22:45:35 UTC

I'm a poor college student so I just have to get used to eating cheap stuff

2018-11-12 22:45:39 UTC

I was just referring to diet stuff like keto

2018-11-12 22:45:43 UTC

oh

2018-11-12 22:45:48 UTC

keto is fun

2018-11-12 22:45:57 UTC

it's just expensive

2018-11-12 22:46:01 UTC

I kinda miss keto

2018-11-12 22:46:04 UTC

Otherwise pb is all good

2018-11-12 22:46:13 UTC

I'll eat pb if I'm trying to get in more calories, cause I'll have to wash it down with hella milk

2018-11-12 22:46:13 UTC

@Jacob Costco my man

2018-11-12 22:46:18 UTC

@tsea

Possibly bad source, I dunno. But "Flaxseed is the richest dietary source of lignans, a type of phytoestrogen. "

2018-11-12 22:46:36 UTC

@tsea poor college student my man 😉

2018-11-12 22:46:38 UTC

no car

2018-11-12 22:46:54 UTC

Yeah finding cheap meat is key for keto

2018-11-12 22:47:04 UTC

@Wood-Ape - OK/MN good to know, thanks
@Jacob ah yeah, it's not a very affordable diet for one person

2018-11-12 22:47:35 UTC

I do miss buying 10 pounds of rice and beans for dirt cheap

2018-11-12 22:47:37 UTC

Costco is like an hour and 30 minutes away by bus, and I don't know how I'd carry stuff

2018-11-12 22:47:40 UTC

suitcases?

2018-11-12 22:47:49 UTC

If you can time your grocery trip right, you can get a bunch of meat half off

2018-11-12 22:47:53 UTC

product rotation

2018-11-12 22:48:08 UTC

Pork chicken eggs for keto to keep costs down

2018-11-12 22:48:17 UTC

All I know is we ate lots and lots and lots of peanut butter in war zones...since it was an easy and simple source of protein where we couldn't get it otherwise

2018-11-12 22:48:35 UTC

Watch out, though, as chickens have a bit too much omega 6 to eat nonstop if you aren't eating fish.

2018-11-12 22:48:36 UTC

@Jacob I bring luggage bags to the supermarket yes

2018-11-12 22:48:42 UTC

@tsea Dude that was the best thing about getting off keto. That I can get a massive bag of rice and it lasts forever. I actually just got off keto like two weeks ago and I'm still surviving off the same grocery trip.

2018-11-12 22:48:43 UTC

the kind with wheels
