I exercise as soon as I wake up in the morning to work, and it's hard to have that energy with no food and upon just waking up without coffee/tea.

I heard a guy make a joke at work that the free coffee for people tastes like "army coffee". It's from the dollar store or something. Absolutely dreadful.
