I doubt they were serious. Their little bit was like the photo version of spraypainting a swastika inside of a tunnel bc its edgy

@Hakujin - CA probably best to just avoid reaching out to them directly. If they think IE is where they belong, then they'll find us, apply, and go through the interviewing process like everyone else. Extremism is something we don't want to encourage or condone - even if they were joking, so I'd say right now they have a little bit of growing up to do first.
Put it this way, if they were serious, you wouldn’t have to reach out to them.

Definitely a very interesting idea. If what my teacher is saying is true, it essentially implies that race relations can never really be fixed

Epigenetic trauma seems to me to put too much weight on the power of organisms to adapt genetically
You guys should join professional societies, and vote in them. THey have low voter participation rates but can effect a lot
Pretty sure the genetics would already be settled at that point too. Perhaps there could be some effect on the genetic makeup of the zygotes produced by either sex during a traumatic period.
I'm voting in one now, going through the candidate profiles, and voting against anyone with diversity initiatives as part of their platform
