I've only ever met personally nice high IQ blacks in my area, but more recently I have seen gangs of teenage chavvy blacks hanging around. Maybe they're alright, not sure. They usually have white mates hanging around with them too.

Outside of the major cities blacks and whites get along pretty well mostly. Our version of your blacks are muslims, plain and simple. They self segregate
