That's crazy. States have been running amok ignoring weed laws, immigration laws, and now this.
The Union doesn’t exist if iterated federal powers aren’t followed
It's like federalism is literally only applied to right-wing cities and states.
In another inversion of federalism, marriage which is and has always been run by the states was changed by SCOTUS so that every state *has* to do gay marriage.
Its weird its like they use whatever justification they can muster do achieve their goals. 🤔
