There's a LOT of indirectness involved in that and that's not what I'm about. Frankly I think I'd rather join a biker gang (something ELSE I wouldn't actually do). One of my coworkers is an officer here locally and he's busy AF! I mean like non -stop he's always talking about how he needs to be off on time for this or that lodge related business

2019-10-06 09:37:12 UTC

Honestly I don't see the benefit...but then I probably haven't spent but a minute or two researching it

2019-10-06 09:38:08 UTC

Honestly, i think that Spain deserves the title of cuckistan more than India. And this is just the most recent example as to why https://www.dailywire.com/news/no-men-allowed-hotel-opens-in-spain

2019-10-06 09:38:36 UTC

I don't see that as a problem tbh

2019-10-06 09:38:53 UTC

Yeah but they'd all REE if there was a men's only hotel

2019-10-06 09:39:02 UTC

yeah that would be the problem

2019-10-06 09:39:30 UTC

I think it only bothers me because we're not supposed to give two squirts that they get their own spaces but because of one reason or another they're always permited to invade ours

2019-10-06 09:39:33 UTC

being a member of something like freemasonry, but not the same, a lot of the appeal is the actual social community you share with people outside family and work, and the chance for contemplation within ritual work

2019-10-06 09:39:59 UTC

well in germany we have lots of male-only student fraternities

2019-10-06 09:41:08 UTC

I was thinking that one of the few reasons one would have to join something like that is for the community activities but I'm kinda...anti-social that way. I really haven't tied myself to this community in any way outside of what's needed to be welcomed

2019-10-06 09:41:08 UTC

and afaik most freemason lodges are men only or women only, not mixed

2019-10-06 09:42:08 UTC

Yeah this one is a men's only of course I did know that. Still...too many expectations. I'm too busy in real life for that

2019-10-06 09:42:08 UTC

there is also "menhouses"

2019-10-06 09:42:24 UTC

for men escaping their abusive wifes

2019-10-06 09:42:32 UTC

that also gets money by the state

2019-10-06 09:43:03 UTC

No shit?! I'mma ask Bubba about that to see if they have one here

2019-10-06 09:43:13 UTC

well I'm talking germany

2019-10-06 09:43:19 UTC

I think europe is a bit different on some of those things

2019-10-06 09:43:33 UTC

like in sweden they introduced military conscription for women as well, not just men to make it more fair

2019-10-06 09:43:37 UTC

There are FOUR big houses (EVE shelters) for women but I have seen nothing around here for the menfolk

2019-10-06 09:44:11 UTC

I read 20% of victims of domestic violence are men, so they probably should have one for the men too

2019-10-06 09:44:12 UTC

Hey, they wanted equality...they need to obey the rules just like the rest of us

2019-10-06 09:44:28 UTC

are those funded by the state?

2019-10-06 09:44:54 UTC

Actually that figure is likely just the ones that get reported...technically I'M an abuse victim too...from my first marriage. There was something DEEPLY wrong with that chick but boy she could rock the sheets

2019-10-06 09:45:10 UTC

that's such a cliché

2019-10-06 09:45:24 UTC

sexual intensity of violent people

2019-10-06 09:45:28 UTC

But it's TRUE! In my experience the crazy ones are less inhibited in bed

2019-10-06 09:45:31 UTC

yeah I believe you

2019-10-06 09:45:41 UTC

just because somethign is a cliche doesn't mean it isn't true

2019-10-06 09:45:54 UTC

But now I'm all about Don't stick your D in crazy....just nope out when you see red flags...which is pretty much all the time

2019-10-06 09:46:21 UTC

oh and the houses for men, they state explictily it is both for victims of physical and psychological violence by their wifes/girlfriends

2019-10-06 09:46:46 UTC

I'd assume the psychological violence is even way more common than physical by women

2019-10-06 09:47:54 UTC

Oh definitely but if you've got a woman that's perfectly fine throwing cookware at you or taking a baseball bat to you in your sleep then psychological abuse isn't much of a stretch

2019-10-06 09:49:16 UTC

that's even threat of physical abuse

2019-10-06 09:50:11 UTC

Oh, she never just threatened...if she was yelling and suddenly left the room, RUN!

2019-10-06 09:51:05 UTC

I think that is also a problem in upbringing, while boys are being taught to not be violent, people don't really teach girls that to the same extend

2019-10-06 09:52:23 UTC

You're spot on! I have a 23 year old daughter and 20 year old son from that practice marriage and they're unhinged largely due to their awesome-sauce totally sane mother

2019-10-06 09:52:40 UTC

My 4 year old daughter from my second marriage is more well behaved

2019-10-06 09:53:30 UTC

children imitate their parents actions more than their words, that is true too, if at least one of the parents shows shit behaviour in their actions children may well be impacted in their own behaviour

2019-10-06 09:53:43 UTC

and then learn it the hard way trough the justice system (or not)

2019-10-06 10:08:00 UTC

@rart If I may ask, how do you make a living beside your assets?
