We are not watering that down
I would miss EVROPA 😢
Is any progress that’s made with a watered down name/message really progress?
Let's not change our name. It would be bad branding.
It doesn't matter what name we choose. They'll still call us neo-nazis.
The V has become a meme. I would be comfy with a change to a U, but I’ll accept whatever leadership decided
The V is chad.
And no, the ADL and SPLC don’t call us Neo Nazis
They call Mosley one
They call us White Nationalists
@NateDahl76 Really? The ADL doesn't even call us that anymore?
The wiki is gatekept
holy shit
Yeah when I checked it was “white supremacist”
Could be wrong
That's slightly better.
It's one thing to change your name when you're tiny and as yet ineffective. It's another when your ranks are burgeoning and the mexican government thinks you're mean.
At least it's not using the n word against us.
wait
lol!!!
Neo-Nazi: The Double N Word.
*neon
that's perfect for optics
calling that word the double n word.
I once told a lefty that called me a nazi that nazi is the N word for white people 😂😂
Yeah but Neo-Nazi means something bad
whereas the usual n-word just means black person
@ThisIsChris As did every slur at one point.
@ThisIsChris The n word was once socially acceptable to use.
@ThisIsChris Now we can make the double n word a mainstream slur.
The whole neo-nazi thing is a joke, especially since we've put in rules banning it.
Can we make appeals to change it?
@Axel Cyberstrike is already on it.
Nice
Yeah and it took a century of reconstruction and integration enforced by the military, scotus, media to change the use of the n word. Trump can't even take away an asshole's press pass, there's no way we're going to turn neo-nazi into a slur.
I could be wrong but I think younger people who weren't around for WN 1.0 don't associate the term with Jack boots and pinwheels. As "neo nazi" and "white supremacist" lose their flair, surely in part thanks to good optics, the left is trying to turn WN into the new n-word for whites. But when they call Trump and Steve King white nationalists, they hurt their own objective and the term loses power by their very use of it.
People are getting radicalized but overall I think it's few in our direction. One example is the recent mid-term elections which were a blue wave. Another example for me is a personal friend who describes himself as a conservative libertarian but now posts angrily about "the nazi threat"
More like a blue thief in the night
@⚡Clark⚡ I know and we should be but there is a political optics game that needs to be played, It would be an aesthetic change, not ideological
Allsup is growing stronger as our enemies continue to mutate
