Leftists are often infinitely easier to talk to than conservatives. I've had a lot of productive conversations with far leftists, while a lot of conversations with conservatives are just them going like "identity politics big bad". I honestly believe liberals when they say that liberals are smarter than conservatives.

@missliterallywho well most NYC metro area like my native Long Island is basically the result of whites escaping the race riots so people have always been racially aware, but they are distant enough from actually encountering minorities, still feel like labor Democrats, and think immigrants will get them the Democrats to get free everything. The less-race conscious people are more thoughtful and thus more conservative
