Yeah. Once infringements are felt at the local level it is then our right and duty to protect our freedom. Best way is to do it with the blessing of the state you live in.

This guy went against the feds and the state supported him. Law enforcement supported him and local armed militias along with militia men from other states showed up and there was a massive stand off

Eventually the situation was diffused peaceably but what followed afterwards was nasty. Feds spent a shit ton of money in tracking down his supporters (caught some not all)

Eventually pressed federal charges but they all got thrown out

The grievance was that the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) told him to round up his cows and get them off the open land.

But he refused because his family’s cows had been grazing there for generations

And that the BLM wasn’t honoring the original contract that his family had signed

(His property and the federal property aren’t fenced)

The BLM was acting under somebody’s orders. It is rumored that some wealthy Chinese company wanted to develop on that land
