Having 200 pounds of pure muscle doesn't seem the healthiest to me TBH, I think lean and fit is probs best
My buddy is a body builder, joined the Navy and lost like a ton of muscle because they don't give you the time to do the crazy workout schedule he had going

2018-06-04 19:10:34 UTC

when i think of body builders i don't think of people like rich piana btw

2018-06-04 19:11:19 UTC

If you can't do 25 push-ups in a row hand in your human card

2018-06-04 19:11:23 UTC

Sounds like an excuse to not become Chad

2018-06-04 19:11:29 UTC

@bress222
Piana was 5% roids

2018-06-04 19:12:04 UTC

I spent like 1 and half hr a day excercising

2018-06-04 19:12:07 UTC

Truth, I don't want to be SWOLL AF
I'm happy being healthy
I like running, if I got swoll long distance running doesn't go well with that

2018-06-04 19:12:14 UTC

@Barry N. Terdastein more apltly HGH

2018-06-04 19:12:20 UTC

fellas im here

2018-06-04 19:12:21 UTC

exactly. if thats who you think of as the prototypical body builder we have a fundamental misunderstanding

2018-06-04 19:13:03 UTC

@Boffin Frog Healthy is better than unhealthy.

2018-06-04 19:13:06 UTC

Like, hunter-gatherers weren't swoll af, they just lived very active lifestyles and were extraordinarily swoll but there's definitely such a thing as having so much muscle it isn't useful in real life situations anymore

2018-06-04 19:13:14 UTC

2018-06-04 19:14:23 UTC

@Barry N. Terdastein Maybe. I'm a country boy, as long as I can easily pick up big logs and rocks and bales and dig and stuff I think I'm happy with that though
