I would say it’s “unresolved”. The claim hasn’t been proven true but it wasn’t really given a chance to be and never will.
As an accountant, the peculiar irregularities coupled with the intense aversion to transparency and refusal to conduct full forensic audits where deemed necessary, makes the results unreliable.
It is what it is now, but to me they are like Enron financials.

The only legal recourse for any race in any state is a recount. There is nothing in any state's laws that allows for duplicated ballot audits, signature audits, forensic audits (because there has never been such a thing for elections), or paper/ink analyses.
And what you refer to as "peculiar irregularities" can easily be explained by confirmation bias created by 7 months of Trump claiming the election would be rigged.
But the most telling reason that anyone should consider as to why there was no fraud (at a scale so as to come anywhere close to effecting the election) is that after 10 weeks, there have been zero arrests despite claims of mountains of evidence. It should be abundantly clear that there was ample time to build fraud cases that would lead to arrests after the way that law enforcement mobilized following 1/6. If there was anything to the fraud claims, there would have been a parade of arrests by now.
I have an answer. But I can't say it.
