We took in two guinnies they are loud but definitely a great pet

It’s wonderful, someone was giving them away when they where full grown cause “they arnt cute anymore” so we took them and they lived like Kings till they passed

That's very sad that people think along those lines

They had a three story habitat cause my dad loved them

People who shouldn’t own pets shouldn’t waste their money even trying TBH

People impulse adopt/buy. I think a lot of people are deeply dissatisfied with their lives and sometimes pets are like drugs, sometimes people are looking for connection, sometimes there's an innate understanding that having pets can reduce anxiety. People are complex.

And I agree with you

They don’t see a living breathing creature capable of feelings, all they see are tools. But I am jaded in the aspect of people like that because I work with red lined cases of rehabilitation of animals

So the shit I see makes me hate people who do that

I know what you mean. But it's interesting, people take out all the same issues that you see in animals, on other people or animals. Everyone is broken.
