Actually, come to think of it (and after looking it up to verify), "Indian" isn't considered a race either, as it also would fall under the category of "Asian".

That's not really a lie, though. Even if he's proven wrong (which is extraordinarily unlikely), that's more of a speculation thing, rather than him spreading blatant falsehoods.

Besides, I would agree with him anyway. This isn't like the 2000 election where Bush's and Gore's votes were off by only a few hundred votes in a single state - this time around, Biden's ahead of Trump by tens of thousands of votes in multiple states. Not even recounts can help with that.

So why do you doubt Trump can pull it off? He has the 3 lawyers on the side of President Bush from 2000 on the supreme court. Plus Alito and Clarence Thomas.

Plus he also has the former Mayor of NYC who took down 5 mafia families. If he could do that, he could easily help Trump right this wrong

1. You're comparing apples to oranges with the mafia thing, I don't see what relevance that has, as Rudy Giuliani having indicted the Five Families in 1986 is a totally different skillset from trying to overturn an election.

2. I already explained why he can't pull it off, even with the help from the 2000 election lawyers - the situation is extremely different this time around.

If it comes down to the SCOTUS, he has a 5-4 decision. Those 5 I named also have a score to sell with the Democrats who tired to ruin their reputation during their confirmation hearings.

For what it's worth, I've been following the SCOTUS situation pretty thoroughly, and that doesn't seem like it's going very well for Trump either. Almost all of their cases and appeals are being thrown out due to a lack of evidence.

I guess technically you're right that the SCOTUS could rule in Trump's favor and that would be his last chance at overturning it, but until even the tiniest shred of evidence of legitimate widespread voter fraud shows up, the chances of that are basically zero.
