How can people be so stupid they defund their cops and run around with no message and just screaming about burning and threatening everyone and thing then turn around and cry for the cops to fix everything when they get shot for trying to destroy other peoples stuff

The cops in these situations obvs don't fully have the proper know how or training to deal with mental illnesses and cant keep the situations from going or getting them back in control properly
