Mug shots can occur without even being indicted, charged & later charges dropped, very common. Just look at Portland Antifa, lots of mug shots, very few charges.
Probation w/o imprisonment is also very common, 1st time offenders, small misdermeanor crimes.

It would appear here the charge of obscenity was pled guilty to & a $250 fine was imposed, the charge of using a computer to commit a crime was dropped. Also very common & likely outcome of such charges.
What I do find out of the ordinary are the dates & bond.
Offense Date: 11/07/18
Arraignment: 06/06/19
Plea: 06/06/19
Bond $50,000
Offense & arraignment should be close or same day.
This bond is also obscenly high for such crimes.

Here it would appear that the obsenity charge was lowered to "DISORDERLY-CIRCUMSTANCES WARRANTING ALARM" that was dismised on 06/21/19.
Charge 2 was entered into an agreement 'ORDER OF NOLLE PROSEQUI ' - An agreement not to prosecute if she accepts 12 months probation,
Very odd here, If the prosecutor has agreed not to prosecute, charge dismissed, but probation applied.
So I would read this as, if she violates her probation, she would then again face charges, after already having recieved the penalty.
Similar to Jussie. Jussie forfited his bond for same outcome, but this makes sense, probation does not.
When probation is violated, you then look the possibilty of facing the sentence that would have been applied to the crime if the deal was not in place. As this charged was dismissed, there is no repercussion for not complying with probation. Possibly being recharged? Doesn't make sense to me from a legal standpoint. Also how does one use a computer to commit a crime, with no correlating crime?
