New York State instituted a mandatory diversity training course for all workers recently. I took my company's one today, I was pretty informative and I think it's good to learn how to be on the right side of the law.

I need to work on my attire.

At a camp I worked at with lots of International counselors, one Asian asked a Shaniqua trainer "How much do you make for this work?" Kind of an Emperor has no clothes moment. I should have made better friends with him but it was a big camp and he worked in a different village

I work for a small business that still hires based on merit. Can't imagine why but it is 100% white.
