I think they've actually built extra sections since last time I've been there, because it was under construction when I visited

Purely a cultural difference I'm sure...

ah yes, the merchant imam

2018-12-03 21:57:27 UTC

Well, the Yellow Vest riots are more rooted in economics (for now) than race.

2018-12-03 21:59:46 UTC

@Reinhard Wolff True. However, I'm very happy about the riots regardless. They de-legitimize the globalist government.

2018-12-03 22:01:22 UTC

while it's definitely rooted in economic outrage, there are groups on the right and left attempting to turn the protests into something much larger. up to them if they're able to seize the moment and funnel the rage of the White working class to the benefits of RW populsim

and the anarchist symbol being tagged on multiple buildings for the leftwing groups

I am enjoying the app Duolinguo. It makes spurts of phone time at least minimally educational. Trying out Russian, Welsh (for the "muh ancestor" meme), and Dutch (closest available to Afrikaans) for now just to feel it out.

2018-12-03 22:02:48 UTC

I love Duolingo! It helps with my German class so much

2018-12-03 22:03:17 UTC

Duolingo is cool but you definitely should look into more resources to actually learn a language

2018-12-03 22:03:40 UTC

I'm using Duolingo right now for Russian because I slacked for a while for my skill went down

2018-12-03 22:03:45 UTC

@Asatru Artist - MD Not yet. They have Norwegian.and Swedish, but I don't think Danish. Sadly no Finnish, Estonian or Lithuanian.

2018-12-03 22:03:45 UTC

@Asatru Artist - MD they have Norwegian, Danish, and Swedish

2018-12-03 22:03:59 UTC

Once I finish Duolingo I'm gonna find a real Russian learning resources

2018-12-03 22:04:10 UTC

the animations in duolingo are blackpilling

2018-12-03 22:04:13 UTC

@Asatru Artist - MD > learning Polish

2018-12-03 22:04:31 UTC

@Austen Yeah I ignore the black cartoons.

2018-12-03 22:04:46 UTC

does duolingo offer latin? that's the only language I have any background in besides spanish

2018-12-03 22:05:05 UTC

lol on Reddit I posed a question of why anyone would want to learn Polish and some Polish SJW said something about how I seem to have an anti-Polish prejudice

2018-12-03 22:05:06 UTC

@Sam Southern - TN They have Romanian and

High Valyrian.

2018-12-03 22:05:09 UTC

2018-12-03 22:05:16 UTC

2018-12-03 22:05:19 UTC

2018-12-03 22:05:20 UTC

2018-12-03 22:05:34 UTC

2018-12-03 22:05:56 UTC

@Austen lmao no but that would be cool

2018-12-03 22:06:01 UTC

2018-12-03 22:06:19 UTC

2018-12-03 22:06:19 UTC

I can't be learning Romanian, my high school oneitis was from Romania.

Sadly No Mongolian either.

They have meme Navajo though

2018-12-03 22:06:45 UTC

Can't tell if you were trying to memetic there brother.. @Virgil

2018-12-03 22:07:59 UTC

Italy is the Slavic heimat so all Slavs are actually Meds

2018-12-03 22:08:06 UTC

A lot of people who use Duolingo learn a language that is useless to them because "it looked cool" or something. I understand the idea of learning languages for fun, but, if you're going to spend that much time learning something, might as well learn something that you can use in real life.

2018-12-03 22:08:37 UTC

Mongolian, Old Church Slavonic, same thing

2018-12-03 22:08:56 UTC

That's why whenever someone talks about learning Polish I encourage them to *really* think this through, and to realize that they'll probably never use it in real life
