My arms are nearly four feet long though. okay 140+B for bench and 170+B for deep squat. Squat is really tough for me. Really far down to go. Just started from bar in September.

I’ve been out of the gym for a few weeks now due to travel and now being sick, was doing a 5x5 with pretty good results. Made it up to a 255 squat, 120 Overhead press, 175 bench, 260 deadlift, 150 barbell row. Pretty okay for working out just under a year, I think. Still have goals to reach.

Full body 3 days a week, 5x5 is really the way to go.
