Russia does not want to be dominated by China in the future

From the Ukrainian perspective, Russia is a multi racial empire that wants to dominate their country.

If USA and Russia do not ally then the world will be dominated by the Chinese. This proposal of US-Russia alliance is the only way Europeans hold on to their destiny at the global level

@Sam Southern - TN but consider that the British Empire sent many if its less-desirable citizens to colonize the world, and that worked quite well for them. China does the same thing

I don't mind having Russia as an ally, but giving Ukraine to them is entirely antithetical to our core ideology and beliefs. Russia is in a similar demographic boat to us and culturally, degeneracy is a real issue there, abortions, drug use and alcoholism are severe issue there that the Kremlin has done very little about.

I wouldn't have a problem with genuine nationalism from Ukraine
