Sewage lines can be fixed with a Lift Station, but you'll never get the railroad to shut down for the few months it would take to raise an overpass.

i got harassed at a movie theater that served starbucks once...i hit the dunkin donuts next door before going to the theater
the coffee was better and it was way cheaper for a bigger cup
my response to the 'security' doing the harassing was - seriously, have u even compared starbucks to dunkin donuts coffee?
They don't like outside beverages cuz people like me bring Bourbon and Coke in pop bottles, lol
normally hit the dollar store down the street for in-theater treats
Absolutely, cargo shorts in the summer and big coats in the winter make movie going much cheaper
they both have the same supplier...only 1 doesn't have a 10 buck surcharge
I still buy the popcorn tho. Its unhealthily delicious
the only selling point for most theaters besides the film playing ..is the popcorn
