...because his life was in danger, subjectively and probably objectively
guys who are saying "don't hit people with your car": thank you, we're now optically safe and discourage violence--now, can we get back to the grave injustice that was this sham trial?
Yes trail is sham lol
Who was the lawyer that tried to defend him but it was declared a conflict of interest?
and he braked when he realized what his impulse reaction, a reaction from primal instinct, wold result in
Imo manslaughter could have been construed as reasonable, since deaths resulting from unlawful assemblies in a state of emergency are (I believe) counted that way, if you interpret him as having not immediately dispersed (although we do know the truth about the state of emergency as well). But anything beyond manslaughter is without a shadow of a doubt political, and we have to come to terms with the political nature of the court system.
>declared conflict of interest
>the prosecutor and judge are fb friends
>the judge is fb friends with antifa
So “don’t run over people, duh” isn’t really fair
lol
Don’t run over people and expect to continue life normally
@Flint James Fields is not a good martyr. He killed and injured people, certainly his circumstances were unusual but he did what he did. Yes this trial was repugnant, but that does not serve as a retroactive justification for his actions.
'Dont hit people with your car' is the standard in theory and then reality hits with things like a negligent mechanic who made your brakes malfunction, antifa savages pointing firearms at you so you fear for your life, a literal state sponsored riot, and its now actually way harder
@MrBland - VA im looking for that right now
Thanks
Never forget this sham trial is being used to scare people from advocating for their interests.
Do not give in.
Get mad if you must, but use that energy to keep you going
“The don’t hit people with your car” is more ethical than legal
No one is advocating for hitting people with cars @William Russell
I know sorry if I portrayed it that way
Was it the Rutherford institute?
I understand you guys completely
Their greatest weapon is the blackpill, yet it's a weapon that we have the power to immediately disarm
@Virgil good martyr or not has nothing to do with what happened in this trial. JAF, whether you like it or not, is an avatar for *you*. Just like Trump is. How they get treated is how you *will* be treated next
The reason why the people were hit is what I important
Here's the article about his initial lawyers conflict of interest
https://www.dailyprogress.com/news/local/attorney-assigned-to-represent-fields-is-plaintiff-in-statue-removal/article_f68afefc-80fa-11e7-833a-93940dec663a.html
@Virgil if a communist points a weapon at you and you freak out and run away on foot and accidentally run into an old lady while turning a corner and she dies from broken bones, would you hold yourself not just civilly liable, but criminally guilty? I dont want to be harsh but there has to be a moral blame worthiness to justify criminal punishment, not just that an unfortunate accident happened.
There just needs to be varying perspectives otherwise we are just whining lol
I think the double standards have all of us more upset than fields's trial specifically.
Every system is designed to work against us, so what are you going to do about it?
If someone runs out in front of your car to get an Insurance claim, and they die, the driver is not at fault. So your perspective that hitting people with a car means automatically unethical, regardless, is retarded
If someone is pointing a gun at you an you flee and hit someone and they die, you should NOT get sentenced to life.
To argue against that is sad
I’m about to eat some pizza
Good talk
And consider Deandre Harris: $150,000+ given to him and walks scott free
Thanks for the article it isn't what I thought.
Yeah it seems reasonable
Remember that Kate Steinle's murderer was entirely acquitted on charges of murder AND manslaughter. They can decide anything they want
I thought it was a pro-alt lawyer but it looks like it was just a public defender involved in other cases
This makes me so pissed
It's all so tiresome
Guys, we all know the times in which we live.
The verdict shouldn't be surprising.
-Use this a fuel to become a better man, so that we may one day be worthy as leaders
