Japan is a different situation entirely if they start flooding their Country with third worlders, because unlike the many European Nations we have, each with their own different situations, and places we could flock to.... there is only one Japan. This is a lifeboat scenario that isn’t relevant. You don’t make philosophical conclusions by exceptions. You wouldn’t say, for example, humans have 6 toes because some humans have 6 toes.
