@Salo Saloson Maybe. I don't know. A lot of countries have a pretty bad brain drain problem. I don't think that's a risk in the US though.

I specifically can't really leave the US for anywhere except... Canada, South America, Africa, or Australia
and I'm not ditching everything just to save my own hide
It's a really selfish thing to do and most people seem to regret it eventually anyway
My dad actually tried getting into both Canada and Australia and got rejected
Yes, and I've no intention of being colonized by the Chinese
I couldn't leave if I wanted to, but my home, England, is dead to me, America is going to be the last stand if all else fails.
It's now or never, I don't see a reason for anyone to flee to Europe, America is an off branch of Europe itself and should be treated as so
Lots of tempered media personalities are beginning to unabashedly promote white racial consciousness
It's coming back
me and @husarka watching videos of early 1900s New York and Paris
We can survive here in the states but the larp conversation will arise at some point, cede land or forced remigration yada yada...
I've been to Europe a couple times now and I will say this: I couldn't go back to Europe
I refuse to go to Europe too
@Alex Kolchak - NY I get that feeling looking at old pictures of Eastern Europe

It would be nearly impossible to get citizenship in the good countries of Europe anyway, seeing as what makes them good are strict immigration laws. I have a strong attachment to America (or at least the Mid-Atlantic) though. I doubt I'd ever leave here, and if I did it would probably be for Montana or something
I'm already a dual citizen
also that's pretty based that you could never leave
For context, some of my ancestors came here after Cromwell died. They were in Maryland for over a century before the US even existed.
See I kinda feel like my family is stealing America from people who like that who are actually rooted here
It's hard to be a blood and soil nationalist and also leave the land where your family lived and died for 360 years. I feel bad for the Afrikaners because their situation is so dire but SA really is their homeland now
@Jacob not at all. You being in IE alone is more than a lot of “rooted” Americans who are sitting on their butts
(of course, they’ve been taught that everything is fine, not their fault per se)
but don’t feel bad. The way I see it, the late 19th/early 20th century European immigrants came here while America was still being built and helped build it, so people from their countries are welcome too
almost all Europeans can say “someone from my country helped build America in some way”
ehh I disagree but I feel like I've posted about this so many times on this server that I should probably avoid the topic for a while
ok, I won’t pursue it
but just for perspective, my dad’s ancestors came here in the 1600s and my mom came here in the 1990s, so I really have both extremes in me lol
And believe at these rallies he isn’t boasting about record low African - Italian unemployment rates
@Jacob It's perfectly normal for immigrants and their kids to feel out of place and many did go home. At the same time, those who stayed built a connection to this land and their grandchildren became as much a part of the American people as anyone else (talking European immigrants obviously).
I think that, if you stay here and stay involved in IE, your grandchildren will see you as being someone who built (or maybe salvaged) America
good point. If we do this right, we’ll be the ones making history.
No matter what I'll do or where I'll go in life I plan to always support IE in some form
I've been here for almost 2 years so I've outlasted most people
@Jacob 2 year club supremacy!
