@Josh M. -OH Yeah, I'm pretty idealistic tbh. I don't buy into the "based guy in a Maga hat" idea, but I WISH it was so

2018-12-09 07:28:13 UTC

@Sam Anderson we can only hope

2018-12-09 07:28:43 UTC

Need a 3rd party to really see the differences

2018-12-09 07:29:25 UTC

okay serious question

2018-12-09 07:29:36 UTC

is it worth preserving really esoteric regional identities?

2018-12-09 07:29:43 UTC

Trump's a step in the right direction but most certainly not the answer. Republicans are fucked altogether. They'd be nothing without Trump.

2018-12-09 07:30:03 UTC

@Jacob I don't think it's practical, I suppose it's a case by case basis

2018-12-09 07:30:04 UTC

like really obscure stuff

2018-12-09 07:30:18 UTC

Give me an example

2018-12-09 07:30:24 UTC

@Jacob yes, everyone has these micro identities.

2018-12-09 07:30:52 UTC

@Nico The Great - CA Well, I'm half Kashubian

2018-12-09 07:30:57 UTC

that's pretty obscure

2018-12-09 07:31:01 UTC

Muh whites, muh country, muh statesmen, muh neighborhood

2018-12-09 07:31:10 UTC

I think putting people into further regional identities would cause intra-ehtnic conflict

2018-12-09 07:31:21 UTC

@Jacob I don't even know what that is lol, I'm not exactly the highest-IQ guy in IE

2018-12-09 07:31:31 UTC

Southrons are real. Midwest Amerikaners are real. Urban Yankees are real. Northnecks are real.

2018-12-09 07:31:39 UTC

Mormons are real

2018-12-09 07:31:43 UTC

Probably too obscure to gain any support tbh

2018-12-09 07:31:46 UTC

Well, if you knew what that was, it wouldn't be obscure, would it?

2018-12-09 07:32:00 UTC

@Jacob ha ha true

2018-12-09 07:32:11 UTC

No @Jacob. Regional Identities mean so little when compared to race. There may be trivial things we can talk about such as food preferances and such but those mean so little when there are large corporations feeding us nationwide regardless. IDBOLGANG

2018-12-09 07:32:26 UTC

2018-12-09 07:32:49 UTC

Regional identities would just cause more bad than good imo

2018-12-09 07:32:50 UTC

@Sam Anderson Agreed, it's already difficult enough to spread our ideas, let alone narrow them down even more

2018-12-09 07:33:00 UTC

But ya you might be right. It seems like a lot of people who care about these obscure regional identities are liberals who are using it as an excuse to deconstruct race. @Sam Anderson

2018-12-09 07:33:00 UTC

@fgtveassassini disagree

2018-12-09 07:33:22 UTC

Irish v Italians is what I see, unless I;m misinterperting the question

2018-12-09 07:33:37 UTC

no I'm talking about ethnic groups even more obscure than that

2018-12-09 07:33:40 UTC

Me and Trayvonn both like Chic Fil A rascism btfo

2018-12-09 07:33:40 UTC

like Kashubians

2018-12-09 07:33:49 UTC

You're missing the religious components. Those will cause violence.

2018-12-09 07:34:01 UTC

my dad actually talked about getting a Kashubian tattoo lmao

2018-12-09 07:35:26 UTC

There is a religious component I agree but I'm just a bit cautious to categorize white people further when we're already in the situation we're in

2018-12-09 07:35:53 UTC

Right now the greater tribe is under attack, and the defense of the whole is most important now

2018-12-09 07:36:14 UTC

Without the whole there can be no subgroups

2018-12-09 07:36:18 UTC

Well, people aren't just white.

2018-12-09 07:36:51 UTC

I think Mormons, Amish and Quebecois are the most distinct whites in North America. Southrons are less so, but more distinct than the (also real) distinctions outside the south

2018-12-09 07:37:15 UTC

Christianity is Kantian in its values. It thinks that all people are the same and equal. This is why it leads to such things as missionaries going abroad and marrying primitves.

2018-12-09 07:37:24 UTC

I once argued with a guy who ONLY cared about his particular nationality and didn't care if Europe goes to shit

2018-12-09 07:37:27 UTC

I think that's dumb

2018-12-09 07:37:29 UTC

I dont think mormons are that different.
