I've pointed out the double standard in the media about being proud to be white/black/asian/hispanic but that's about it

My cousin is dating a hispanic, and I give no quarter when absolutely ripping them to pieces with family, unsuprisingly he is a felon so they can't compete

I got my dad to partially admit that Detroit's crime problem is due to demographics not unions and his other boomercon talking points. He's very uncomfortable with it though.
I think he'd be uncomfortable knowing my full views but still stay in contact. My mom and sister would never talk to me again

yeah sometimes just getting the conversation going about these issues is half the battle. at least you get people thinking about these issues and point out the double standard.

In my family, they're all big Trumpers that call anyone who embraces white identity (a bunch of nazi nerduwells)

One thing that worked great for me was living in a diverse neighborhood and insisting on hosting family gatherings, purposefully making them uncomfortable
