@Deleted User there’s no way those numbers can be accurate, right?

2018-12-15 00:02:58 UTC

Wouldn't know, haven't looked into it enough, but there is some truth to it.

2018-12-15 00:03:56 UTC

Hey anyone know how to join the fitness server?

2018-12-15 00:04:52 UTC

I believe that particular number has been debunked (the 78% one)

2018-12-15 00:05:33 UTC

But yes, the majority did own slaves and did have a major role in the slave trade

You can get away with unequal outcomes in hiring if your hiring methods are well documented and the criteria is objective and directly related to the job. IQ tests have been deemed too non specific but, for example, coding tests (which are basically iq tests) are ok if the job I solved coding.

2018-12-15 00:49:12 UTC

To be safe most companies fall back on college credentialism which is always safe.

2018-12-15 00:50:12 UTC

If you're involved in hiring, design and implement objective testing. Don't empower the education gayplex if you can avoid it.

2018-12-15 00:52:47 UTC

Not only is it better for whites, objective testing outperforms credentialism when it comes to selecting the most successful employees.

2018-12-15 00:56:12 UTC

I heard you're allowed to discriminate in hiring if your small business is under a certain number of employees. I forget the number though.

2018-12-15 00:56:22 UTC

50

2018-12-15 00:56:29 UTC

That's right

2018-12-15 00:57:57 UTC

Another technique many employers use is to just toss any resume with a vibrant name. It's not discrimination if you never interview them lol.

2018-12-15 00:58:39 UTC

I believe you must keep applications for a certain amount of days though

2018-12-15 01:00:27 UTC

@The Eternal Anglo He is not. I'm the CTO.

2018-12-15 01:08:14 UTC

@Isabella Locke-MT I think that's 15.

2018-12-15 01:08:21 UTC

It's a "family business."

2018-12-15 01:13:20 UTC

I hope you guys and gals had a great exercising/lifting session, and read some good books today 💪 💪

2018-12-15 01:16:27 UTC

@The Eternal Anglo I finished my second giant tub of whey isolate after my lifting session. It's like the reverse of having a baby (mass goes in)

2018-12-15 01:17:31 UTC

Even cradled the empty tubs before recycling them. RIP

2018-12-15 01:17:44 UTC

I've been reading about herbalism

2018-12-15 01:17:48 UTC

Mass goes in, gains come out my dude 💪

2018-12-15 01:17:49 UTC

how to make your own medicines

2018-12-15 01:18:37 UTC

Hot take: the only supplement that has legitimate purpose is creatine

2018-12-15 01:18:44 UTC

Everything else is consumerism

2018-12-15 01:18:54 UTC

Protein powder in milk helps reach macros

2018-12-15 01:20:08 UTC

From what I understand, the body can only absorb protein at such a rate that most of the protein in a protein shake is pissed out.

2018-12-15 01:20:11 UTC

I did stop taking BCAA after I finished the first tub because of price though lol

2018-12-15 01:20:15 UTC

Milk+protein is the only way to go. I can't stand the different between soy whey and regular protein tubs like Syntha 6

2018-12-15 01:21:12 UTC

@⚡Clark⚡ I usually drink it slowly while online. All I know is I am bigger than I was in late August (when I started lifting and joined IE)

2018-12-15 01:21:43 UTC

Bigger but leaner

2018-12-15 01:22:14 UTC

Whey isolate in coffee is good too

2018-12-15 01:22:16 UTC

@Wood-Ape - OK/MN whether protein powder is beneficial or not tbh doesn’t influence my decision on using it. Personally I say don’t be a P and eat some chicken breast

2018-12-15 01:22:50 UTC

I eat lots of meat. But I am 300 lbs, getting to the right macros can use a little help

2018-12-15 01:23:08 UTC

What’s your body fat percentage? @Wood-Ape - OK/MN
