there's a lot of historical political figures I miss at this point
that's not a Hitler reference to be clear there really is a lot of historical political figures I miss
though I'm obviously glad we got Blumpf over Hillary
I mean, POTUS could just ignore it. Wouldn’t be the first time a POTUS has ignored a judge’s ruling when it comes to executive duties
3 separate, but equal, branches.
This twitter sock is so fun 😂
just found Taleb in my school library
very Lindy
Hey fam who do you think failed or succeeded from a leadership perspective in the midterms? Its for a class.
@Alex Kolchak - NY Black swan was interesting.

Man that dude is a loose cannon
What the heck is actually going on in that mans mind rn. Like first wall, then no wall, then threatening shutdown again if not more security.
A/B still?
He got aggressively checked recently on his multiple cuckings, from bump stock bullshit to border security
So he hopefully audibles
@Alex Kolchak - NY The UW library has Jared Taylor
and Kevin MacDonald
and Aleksandr Dugin
and Peter Brimelow
You can generally find a fairly good selection of books across different ideologies in school libraries
Well, in public schools at least
It's not evenly split, they'll probably have multiple far left books for every far right book, but, they still have a few token far right books
I'm guessing it's because they technically have to be "neutral"
It's the leftist equivalent of hiring a few black guys to show that you're not discriminating
The judiciary should be completely subservient to the executive and legislative branches like a poodle on a very short leash. They should have no power beyond what they are delegated except for their respectability, and in the current year they have none
The judiciary exists to resolve disputes because ain’t nobody in the other branches got time to settle yo breach of contract claim or tulip garden dispute
The only court which the constitution requires is the SCOTUS, the rest could be dissolved and remade and it would be perfectly legal
It’d be such a pity if these uppity federal judges had to learn to code at community college
I'm not sure if there's any general advantage to having legal professionals. If the law cannot be intuitively implemented by a jury then the law is at fault
Mistakes will be made sure but would more mistakes be made in terms of carrying out Justice than are made by professional judges?
Trump just signed the omnibus spending bill and cucked hard.
