@Hakujin - CA Well, as in your state, Georgia's primary problem is the migration of lively, vibrants to our environs. When I moved to CA in 1989, CA was still 85% White. It is now around 25% White; hence the intractable problems you are experiencing. GA is still majority White, but the areas around Atlanta are typical third-world hellholes. This will not last.
